This cake was made for a Golden Wedding Anniversary.
It was a very traditional, pretty cake. The cake itself was fruit cake covered with marzipan and white fondant icing.
I made some yellow fondant roses which I then arranged in the corner of the cake.

The greeting was piped in pale yellow and embellished with some little gold blossoms.
I finished the cake with a yellow ribbon tied in a bow at the front.
My client infomed me that her parents had a lovely celebration and were very pleased with their cake.
